How the AGM works
The AGM is where members hold Football Ontario accountable. It is usually held in June.
Notice to members
Members receive notice of the meeting with the agenda and reports in advance.
Reports & financials
Members hear the President’s and CEO’s reports and review the year’s operations and financial statements.
Members vote
Voting members decide on AGM business, such as electing directors and approving bylaw changes.
