2023 RedBlack Weekend

RedBlack Weekend is being held May 6-7 at Western University

There will be 3 Games on the Sunday (U14, U16, & U18)

Tickets will be priced at $5 to view any or as many of the games as you would like.

RedBlack Weekend

The event will be held at Western University in London, ON and will be hosted by the Western Mustangs football program and local community partners the London JR Mustangs, London Beefeaters and Forest City Thunderbird.

RedBlack Weekend will take place the weekend of May 6 and 7 and will feature the top players from across the province competing in practices and a spirited scrimmage to show why they deserve a spot on Team Ontario.

The following table is a representation of the scrimmage/game schedule for Red-Black Weekend:

Players will go through a mini-camp followed by the Red v Black game that will be filmed and streamed live on the Official Football Ontario YouTube Channel.

Red-Black weekend is the final process of the evaluation and selection process for the Team Ontario Male Tackle program. Following the event, the Team Ontario coaches will make their final decisions and the Football Ontario Top 40 will be selected to take part in the Canada Cup in Edmonton, AB (U18) and the Eastern Regional Challenge in Sackville, NB (U16).
