Official Awards Partner – Request for Proposal
Football Ontario is seeking proposals from qualified companies to become the organization’s Official Awards Partner. The selected partner will supply medals, trophies, plaques, banners, and custom recognition items across provincial championships, Team Ontario programs, and annual recognition initiatives.

Partnership Opportunity
Football Ontario is looking to establish a long-term partnership to:
- Provide high-quality, consistent awards across all programs
- Standardize branding and recognition items
- Offer preferred pricing to Football Ontario and member clubs
- Support reliable production timelines and service
- Deliver added value through reporting, rebates, or incentives
Term: Two-year agreement with optional one-year extension
