Football Ontario to Host 2026 Annual General Meeting
The Football Ontario 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is Scheduled to Take Place on June 7, 2026
Hamilton, Ontario – Football Ontario, on behalf of the President and the Board of Directors, is putting out a notice that the Football Ontario 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on June 7, 2026, commencing at 11:00am EST. Please note that this meeting will be taking place virtually – online using Teams.
The Schedule of the AGM is as Follows:
- Call to Order
- Establishment of Quorum
- Approval of the Agenda
- Adoption of Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting
- Report of Auditors – RLB Chartered Professional Accountants
- Appointment of Auditors for 2025 Financial Review
- Elections
- Five Directors at Large Open Positions
- Adjournment
Logistical Details pertaining to the above events will come to all Members from the Chief Executive Officer of Football Ontario, Aaron Geisler and Director of Operations of Football Ontario, Tyler McNicholl.
