Football Ontario to Host 2023 Annual General Meeting
The Football Ontario 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is Scheduled to Take Place on June 4, 2023
Hamilton, Ontario – Football Ontario, on behalf of the President and the Board of Directors, is putting out a notice that the Football Ontario 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on June 4, 2023, commencing at 11:00am EST. Please note that this meeting will be taking place virtually – online using Zoom.
The Schedule of the AGM is as Follows:
- Call to Order
- Establishment of Quorum
- Approval of the Agenda
- Constitution and By-Law Changes to Reflect ONCA
- Adoption of Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting
- Report of Auditors – RLB Chartered Professional Accountants
- Appointment of Auditors for 2023 Financial Review
- Elections
- Four Directors at Large Open Positions
- President Position
- Adjournment
