Football Ontario to Host 2022 Annual General Meeting

The Football Ontario 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is Scheduled to Take Place on June 4, 2022

Hamilton, Ontario – Football Ontario, on behalf of the President and the Board of Directors, is putting out a notice that the Football Ontario 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on June 4, 2022, commencing at 11:00am EST. Please note that this meeting will be taking place virtually – online using Zoom.

The Schedule of the AGM is as Follows:

1. Call to Order
2. Establishment of Quorum
3. Approval of the Agenda
4. Adoption of Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting
5. Report of Auditors – RLB Chartered Professional Accountants
6. Appointment of Auditors for 2021 Financial Review
7. Elections
   1. Directors at Large
      1. One Open Positions
8. Business as Indicated
9. Adjournment
