Football Ontario Unveils 2026 Team Ontario Male U14 Tackle Coaching Staff

Football Ontario Announces the U14 Team Ontario Male Tackle Coaching Staff

Hamilton, Ontario – Football Ontario has officially unveiled the 2025 Team Ontario coaching staff for the U14 Male Tackle Program. 

The coaching staff is to be led by returning Head Coach John Parkes who is in his third year with the U14 Male Tackle Program after serving as the Offensive Coordinator with the Women’s Tackle Program for two years.

The 2026 staff has a lot of returning faces to the Team Ontario program with a vast amount of both coaching and playing experience and successes. The entire 2026 staff is listed below:

• Head Coach – John Parkes
• Offensive Coordinator – Joe Joncas
• Defensive Coordinator – Erik Dela Cruz
• Co-Special Teams Coordinator – Taylor MacIntyre
• Co-Special Teams Coordinator/Running Backs Coach – Matthew Mott
• Quarterbacks Coach – Shane Hutchinson
• Offensive Line Coach – Matt Day
• Receivers Coach – Andrew Mozuraitis
• Linebackers Coach – Dave Webb
• Defensive Line Coach – Tristan Rumeo
• Offensive Assistant – Jeremy Tsui
• Defensive Backs Coach – Trevor McHaffie
• Tight Ends/Full Backs Coach – Francesca Fazzari
• Equipment Manager – Ryley Brotman

“I’m really looking forward to returning for my third season with the U14 program, as we continue to find new and exciting ways to engage the athletes. Football Ontario has given me tremendous support over the past couple of years in developing young coaches to support not just our U14 program, but football across the province.” says U14 Head Coach, John Parkes.

Football Ontario is excited to have this talented and experienced staff lead the Team Ontario program and players to a successful year and an exciting and successful 2026 RedBlack Weekend. The staff provides top level coaches which will help the players in both the growth of their practical football techniques and skills as well as help further their exposure. 

Football Ontario will be announcing our  U16 and U18 Team Ontario male tackle coaching staffs in the coming days.

Our 2026 Team Ontario ID Camp Registrations will be released the first week of December. Please keep an eye on our socials for more information.
