Football Ontario Announces New Members to Board of Directors
Football Ontario Has Elected New Members to its Board of Directors at the 2025 AGM This Past Sunday
Hamilton, Ontario – Football Ontario is excited to announce the 4 elected Directors at the organization’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) this past Sunday, two of these are returning members with two new members being added.
Football Ontario would like to extend its gratitude to the organization’s outgoing Directors for their unwavering dedication and invaluable contributions. Their leadership and commitment have been instrumental in shaping the future of football in Ontario.
We would like to specifically acknowledge the following individuals for their exceptional service:

Matt Rossetti
Don Hamilton and Carlo Onorati have been re-elected as Board Members. The two new members that have been elected to the board are: Rob Klyne, and Heather Ferguson.
Rob Klyne possesses a deep passion for football and community service, and has dedicated over a decade to volunteering and mentoring within the Sarnia football community. With years of coaching, officiating and management experience, he has been able to manage budgets, adapt to social changes, and ensure compliance with all regulations. He is currently serving as the registrar for the OSFL and ensures accurate verifiable information and the upholding of league bylaws.
Heather Ferguson is a a dedicated, compassionate non-profit leader with over a decade of experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and program development with a proven track record of driving successful outcomes and achieving organizational goals. Currently, serving as the Director of New Program Strategy at Scouts Canada, she leads the implementation of innovative strategic initiatives that significantly increase membership engagement, drive growth and diversify revenue for the organization. She also has recently served as a coach with the Clarington Knights and is extremely passionate about community sport.
Football Ontario welcomes all of the returning and new members of the Board as a part of the Football Ontario family and looks forward to their successes with the organization.
